Rush Funding, LLC, is a Hard Money Fund, providing a unique funding source for Income Property. A hard money loan is a term for a private party Real Estate Loan, whose primary underwriting guideline is based on Loan to Value (equity). It is providing its members a high return on their investment. Currently, most private mortgage funds to borrowers who would not qualify for bank financing. These borrowers may have bad credit, be in bankruptcy or have property in foreclosure. Fully qualified borrowers will only use the funds as a bridge loan until he/she can get a lower interest rate bank loan. These funds end up with a portfolio of loans that require extensive servicing due to to high-risk borrowers. The higher the interest rate the Fund charges the more likely the loans will be high risk. Despite this risk, many of these funds are very successful due to competent, experienced management and the security in the property’s equity. Highly experienced management have years of Real Estate Financing experience. We use our expertise to evaluate good loans for the fund in order to provide an excellent return to the members. Responsible borrowers make often loan request with excellent property in need of quick financing, Rush Funding, LLC will service this market with two types of loans of BRIDGE LOANS AND MARKETABLE LOANS Our Incentive is to keep these loans conservative and buy/sell them off quickly so “The Members” realize a quick profit & have their principal back to fund additional loans.
